How our investment approach works

Our Operations

REDI S.A. invests in real estate by acquiring land and developing new properties. A separate special purpose vehicle (SPV) is established to manage the investment project.

Investment Mechanism

Subsidiary special purpose vehicles (SPVs) acquire large building plots, enabling lower land costs. Construction is based on proprietary technology, significantly reducing cost and construction time. As a result, properties are delivered quickly (~1.5-2.5x faster than conventional buildings) at competitive prices (~20-45% cheaper per sqm compared to market pricing), ensuring a rapid return on investment.

For every site purchased for development, a special purpose vehicle (SPV company) is established.

Example: plot of land 10,000 m2.
Costs: PLN 2,000,000 land + PLN 100,000 other.

BUILDING PERMIT

Acquisition: 4–5 months.
Cost: PLN 100,000.
Own construction projects.

FINANCING

PLN 7 000 000 capital from the bank.
Cost: PLN 200,000.

CONSTRUCTION AND SALE

Construction time: 6 months.
Properties: 20 houses.
Cost: 20× PLN 486,000.
Sale: 20× PLN 660,000.

RESULT

Investment: PLN 2,400,000.
Projected Net ROI: PLN 3,518,519.
Projected Net ROI (percentage): 146.6%.
